do not start off rolling
you have to start from a dead stop!!dead stop!!
from a dead stop , kick the padels so it is level to the ground,which put it at 3 o'clock and ,then use your whole body weight to step on one pedal and as soon as one foot is all the way down ,quickly use your other foot push again to keep the bike moving
try it couple times and you can bike for life !!!
