I work at a particular restaurant at an outside mall in Southern California, the mall itself has a problem with water roaches and the little devils always find their way to die on our outdoor patio and even crawl out of the drains in the bathrooms. We do our absolute best to sweep them up before any customers see and keep out restaurant clean to keep them out but just today I found 3 baby roaches by the dish cleaning sink drain. I'm assuming there must be a colony in that drain now. We called an exterminator today to take care of this but I'm wondering if anyone has some good tips on how to prevent this from happening again? It's gross and embarrassing and just plain unpleasant. Thanks for any help!
