i have been thinking of cooking some chicken breast over the stove stop in a pan, putting it over rice with a honey mustard sauce over the top as an easy meal.
I want to keep the chicken moist while cooking it in the pan though...I usually use italian dressing as a marinade for my chicken but was wondering if it would not make a good combo since i was wanting to top it with honey mustard on the plate...any suggestions on how to keep my chicken moist that would go ok along with the honey mustard?
