Hello. This question is for Sprint customers. Please, no answers about T-Mobile, AT&T and others. Only Sprint because it is not GSM-network, Sprint phones have no sim-cards.
I'm a Sprint customer (PDA phone with Windows Mobile + plan includes unlimited Internet). The phone needs to be replaced because it has some problems with buttons because it's rather old and used a lot since I've became a Sprint customer. I've got this phone from Sprint.
Now I contacted Sprint Customer Support and got the information that my phone could be upgraded almost for free. But, if I upgrade my phone, I MUST choose another plan. I don't want any other plans. The only reason I'm a Sprint customer was that plan for a discounted price.
Could anyone please tell me how can I keep that plan but replace the phone?
I have a Mogul HTC 6800 phone and probably I would agree even buy the same one.
I know nowadays there are much better phones. I liked Blackberry more than phones with Windows Mobile, but Sprint has different plan requirements for Blackberries, HTC and other phones although all I need is Internet + some minutes. So, the plan I have for my Mogul HTC could be bad for any Blackberry from Sprint.
So, do you know any legal way to change my Sprint HTC Mogul 6800 phone and keep this contract?
Thank you.
