How to intelligently argue against religion?

I'm an atheist per say, maybe more like agnostic, i being there is a higher being but not exactly GOD. I believe christianity is a joke and christians are full of BS, well at least the ones i know. And when they find out im not christian they freak out, they think im some pedophile or something... well what im asking is how can i intelligently argue against religion without take cheap shots about the other persons views or beliefs, and i dont mind if its offense as long as its the truth
Alright well thanks for the answers, and yea i know 100% they cant prove it all they can do it show me some verses, and im agnostic.
