How to install not certificated apps in E-series?

since the nokia E-Series have a install limit were you must install appz that have been certificated , how do i install appz that haven't been certificated? like themes and other sis files?. most of the symbian appz works with my e65 but i cannot install any themes

is there any way to go around it? or is there a app that i need to download that certificates the sis files??

Did you try searching first? In your app manager go to options -> settings. Software installation to All and Online certif. check to Off.
