How to install new apps in Samsung T919 Behold via Computer/Bluetooth.?

i've got my elder sis's phone without the data cable, s i was wondering how can i install new apps in it, i tried sending java aps via bluetooth but they didn't worked, is there any other way? please help.
 
Apps cannot be downloaded from bluetooth or computer hard disks! You have to register in the android official market and purchase apps. Or need i add, that there are other websites that offer the same apps for FREEEE!
So, the answer is no, without the internet, you shall not pass!
