How to install games on Samsung SGH-T359?

I have a Samsung SGH-T359 Model phone. Can someone plleeasseee list instructions on how to install games on my phone using .jar and .jad files? I can't right click and install either one on my computer. I can't install it on my phone (there is no "install" option). PLEASE HELP?!
