How To Install CD Games on Windows Vista Home Premium?

I have an Acer laptop and I wanted to install "Rise Of The Argonauts" but it won't show up anything setups on my laptop! I just saw in the "computer" DVD-RW and I don't want to format it!
Please,how to run the setup?
