How to Install Adobe Flash Player?

i am having trouble downloading Adobe Flash Player. i go to youtube and i cant watch videos because it tells me to download Adobe Flash Player. I go to the website and I click to download it and it doesnt let me download it. And on top of the screen it says something about 'Internet Explorer is currently runnign with add-ons disabled.' and then it said something to enable Javascript. and i did that. but it still doesnt work what do i do??
how about without downloading mozilla firefox or anyother internet
 
You are running Internet Explorer with add-ons disabled you said.

But I wouldn't recommend you using IE... It's SOOOOO slow! Try Mozilla Firefox. Google Chrome, Opera or Safari. They're the few most compatitive browsers. And maybe you'll need to reinstall Adobe Flash for the new browser.

I personally like Google Chrome.
