its definately possible youll need the cars wiring diagram which any car stereo shop should give you for free a multimeter (not a test light) some crimpers a drill some connectors elctrical tape and basically you look at the wiring diagram and try to find the wires in the locations they give then to test the wire you put one end of the meter to ground then one to the suspect wire and activate the circuit ( if looking for the parking lights once probed turn them on) the meter should change from zero volts to twelve volts if this happens then youvr got the right wire and so on
