How to insert an image with scrolling marquee text in HTML coding?

Goooooood evening everyone!!!! So, I'm working on building a website. At the very bottom of the page, I want some text to scroll at the bottom. Got that part down. The scrolling text at the bottom is not a problem. However, is there any possible way to add a picture at the beginning and end of the marquee text? THANKS!
