How to inflate a car tire without air tank or air compressor?

Normally if i was at my house this would be an easy fix, but since i am not i dont have any means of getting my air compressor or air tank. They are 4 hours away. I was wondering if anyone had any GOOD ideas on how to inflate my car tire without obtaining a 55 dollar towing fee to a tire shop.
Sorry for not mentioning this, but the lugs on this thing are like glued on there ... i need to get it to a shop just to get the tire off. I hate over tightened lugs!
 
jack the car up (if it's on already) & pump it up with a bike pump. not sure how much pressure you'll be able to get (depending on your strength). but should be enough to get to at least a gas station to pump it up.

most insurance companies reimburse you for towing charges though
 
Have someone bring you a can of fix-a-flat. Or, have the same person take you and the wheel, once removed, to a gas station and fill it up.
