How to increase oxygen in room?

1. Humidifer creates water vapor - can our body break it down into oxygen?

2. Have 2 rooms filled w/ plants - in day time...sleep in one, at night, get eyecover, and sleep in other which has no windows for sunlight to come and has a UV Rays bulb...so plant will think that is day and will convert carbon dioxide into oxygen.(the bulbs are actually healthy for you.)

3. Just buy oxygen tanks: how expensive are they? And is there something medically wrong w/ breathing pure oxygen all the time?
