How to increase my weight for working out?

Ok here is my predicament I'm 14 years old and I already workout I do 4-6 sets of 80 sit ups and a combination of wide, diamond, and military style push ups. I sometimes run outside for maybe 20 minutes non-stop. I weigh around 100 pounds and I'm about 64" in height I already drink protein shakes and eat lean meat what else can I eat to keep me full of energy and to increase my weight.

Note do you think I should do more in my workout or less. THANKS!!!
