Nokia Siemens C2110 modem? And please how to forward port for this modem. I am using Avira as my antivirus and firewall. Thanks in advance.
 
In BSNL 750 plan you will get constant speed of 256KBps which means your download speed will be around 30 KBps (i.e) 256/8=32 .I don't think there is any way to drastically increase the speed though you can marginally improve the speed by deleting cookies and temp files
