I was wondering if someone can help me...
I love Blues music... and i somewhat understand the concept of soloing. I just don't understand how to put it on the fret board. I understand you use the notes in the scale of the key you are playing in.. I just dont understand how to use licks and other techniques to complete a solo. Ive tried taking classes and reading books, i still dont understand. Is a solo something filled with different licks? Let me add... I do know scales. Major, minor, blues, pentatonic, and the list goes on. I just don't understand how to put them into a solo. I'm not saying just add licks together... I just dont understand how to create a solo... does anyone know where i am going with this?
