Hi im a freshman in wrestling and we run 2 to 3 times a week and on fridays we do a 2 and a half mile run around the park and i improve my time each time we do the run and i kinda feel im stuck at this time because i did the fastest possible pace i could keep up and i was wondering if there were any techniques to running or how you breath cause i just take in deep breaths and run. Thank you for any advice you guys give me.
