My friend sprints fast but i only can hold my stamina and thats not very long. Im always at a silent war and i always want to beat her. So recently we were running and i was at even match with her untill the end cause im always afraid im going to crash. I have a great determination in many arias and i dont even think about trying to out run her untill like half way threw. Is there any activity i can do for like 10 min each day to improve my sprint?
Im a 13 year old girl.
Ps i usually have a lot of homework so i need just thos short 5 min things.
i live next to a ridge to a Provencal park so space isn't limited.
