I took dance lessons over summer and I love it. I want to go back, and I need to impress my dance teacher. I have REALLY flexible ankles, and I have big arches, though I can't touch the floor with both my heel and the ball of my foot at the same time. I need to strengthen my ankles, and to get stronger all together. What should I do? I'm looking for tips to stretch and strengthen. Thanks!
