Hello I bought a new phone(Samsung Gravity 3) recently but can't download any of my pics to my desktop. I have the proper USB cable but when I plug it in it's asking me to insert a software disc, only problem is I don't have one. I'm pretty sure my phone didn't come with it though not positive because I bought it like 2-3 months ago and may have misplaced it(wasn't the disc suppose to come with the $160 phone?). So my question to anyone that can help is do I need to purchase this disc or is there anyway around it ? If not where can I get the disc ? Or would buying a memory card be the best bet seeing I can then take back this USB cable and get a $14 refund essentially exchanging it for the memory card. I'm leaning in that direction but I really need these pics up asap as I'm selling merchandise on CL.
