How to I teach my dog to hunt rabbits or squirrels? Or even how to fetch?

My dog is a 6 year old poodle who loves to play, how do I teach him to hunt rabbits or squirrels and bring them back to me? And how to fetch a tennis ball? PLEASE ANSWER!!!
