how to i start up my won Business?

Hello i am wondering if anyone can give me a hand starting up my own business in the UK. I am only 14 and i have no funding from anyone so i need help advertising and getting some buyers also getting some funding from somthing. I now how to make my won website already but i need help with the rest.
