How to I start a business?

How do I start a new computer business at the age of 12-13? I am very talented in computers, and I really want to start making a profit from my talent. It would only be a small business (possibly to become a medium business) with around 1-15 Employees I'm planning. What actions, thoughts, and requirements would I need to think about?
