how to i download touchlauncher on my palm centro?

ok so i recently got a palm centro, one of the nicest yet gayest phones in the world (by that i mean its a nice phone but has a horrible theme, and its complicated). i was looking online and found the perfect solution, touch launcher, well any launcher really. i dont have the usb cable for my pc so ya makes it complicated. is there anyway to do it on my phone or is it pretty much impossible, im gunna guess its a zip file so maybe a zip opener would work, i dont know, just a noob trying to find some god damn answers. i could probly find something but it would take years to sort through all the hits. if it helps (probly wont) it sez the palm has no apps that support zip files of gz (i have another download i tryed it didnt work). so ya any info on this sub. helps
