How to i download MMS settings for my new sony ericsson Phone *READ*?

I just got a new sony ericsson w959 and i cant sent MMS messages yet. when i try, it says "download MMS settigs now" then i say yes but it has to connect to an internet, which i dont have on my phone...is there another way to download ms settings??
plz hlp..thanks.
