I have downloaded the USB driver and the latest Motorola Media Link application from the Moto website. But I can't seem to get the Media Link to bring up the phone. it tells me that I need to Pattern or PIN unlock my device, but I don't know what pattern means, and as far as I can tell, my phone isn't blocked by a password. please somebody help me out.
