How To I Connect My BTK-A20 Mini (bluetooth) Headset To Skype?

Hi Ive recently got a phone and it came with the mini bluetooth headset
it can connect with skype but no one can hear my voice includin me when i record it
Ive tried alot
INCLUDIN SEARCHIN THE WEB but its not helpfull
PLZ HELP ME
