Yeah that should be correct, sorry for some reason it didnt copy the numeric/mcc/mnc out of my phone properly. the one posted above should work fine, although i dont put user/password/mmsproxy/mmsport in mine, and it seems to work.
 
the numeric field has 310120 as value and mnc 120. other than that mine looks just like yours....
you running stock rom? im running fresh's latest.
 
I'm running the leaked Sprint 2.1 rom ... seems to be working fine other than a couple of little quirks. Can't get the dialers to work right on my Hero s200 with the Fresh ROMS, even tried the DamageControl ROM same thing.
 
Well i created a flashable zip if anyone is interested. it will enable web/mms as long as your QPST settings are correct and you show the EV/3g/1x icon at the top of your screen.

This can be used by any root user from the recovery console of your phone (same area you go to flash a rom). If you dont know what im talking about then dont try this.

I take no responsibility if this crashes/wipes/explodes or makes skynet become self aware. As always, if your going to try to flash, make a nandroid backup first.

Now that thats out of the way......
you can flash the below zip to your phone and it should setup web/mms for you, all you have to do is click, "Always Allow" after the phone reboots to give the autoboot program permission to run the script. This simply pushes the db file brandon posted origonally and the autostart.sh file, the autoboot application from the market, and u2nl for you.

I have personally tested this from a wipe/reflash of stock rom/flashing this, and i was setup after clicking always allow on the su request. I only tested Web as its 3am my time and i didnt want to wake a friend, but MMS should be working as well, if not ill fix that and post a new zip.

Again Thanks go out to the folks in the motodroid thread who figured out the solution as well as brandon and gridlock from XDA Developers for his zip signing script, and anyone else who has ever contributed for the greater good.

Great job, what did you use to compile it, I would like to make the one for the moto droid for good practice. Also I am working on a custom cricket rom for the moto droid that will do this and root all at the same time.
 
im not able to send or receive mms just yet. Going to give a shot to token's flashable zip here in a few let you guys know how i make out.

token and the rest of the guys thanks for all the help you guys have been awesome!
 
Something strange is going on.

Everything works for a few minutes with the EV-DO flashing at top.

After about 2 minutes, everything stops completely and I get a "failed login" message.

After that, things start to either work again under EV-DO or it goes to 1X..


I'm thinking maybe it is ROM related. If I remember correctly, DC 1.0 had issues with Mobile Web acting crazy.
 
no MMS in Fresh 2.0d even with the zip token created, maybe because its based on a Sprint build and the old DC was based on a Verizon build, gonna give ZenEXP a try since its based on a myTouch 3g slide hopefully it worksm just waiting for it to boot up
 
no dice. when i try to send an MMS message i get the following error "sending address unresolved" and when receiving "transient error"

anyone with either damage or fresh's latest have been able to get MMS working?

I'm running the leaked Sprint 2.1 ROM right now ... I tried Fresh 2.0d could receive but not send.

One step closer... ;-)

Update:

I wiped and then flashed DamageControl 2.08... Before rebooting, I used adb to remove sprint_core.apk.

I then proceeded to flash the zip file with the autostart.sh and autoboot app that I saw posted by token419.

Everything is working, but the web is working sooooooo sloooooow!

I have EV up top, but everything is going at record low speeds!
 
where did you find that pkg in the market? or off the web? what's a good app to backup all of my settings/apps? man i have tweaked my phone for about 3 days and i would hate to lose all of that.... X-D
