how to host website done in asp.net platform( C sharp)?

I have bought a domain and hosting account. When I upload html files then its working fine but when I upload aspx files then its not working . Its showing error. need help

note- I have published the aspx files and then uploaded the files from the published folder to hosting account .
I have got windows hosting.
