how to hook up car speakers to an amp?

i just bought all new jbl speakers (pair of 6x9, 6 1/2, and 1" tweeters) and in dash for my truck and want to put the speakers on a 4 ch 400 watt amp i have for a better sound speakers are rated 100 watts rms and 300 peak, how do you go about connecting the speakers through the amp and the stereo for the sound. thanks!
