i have had flat arches since i was born and i just got orthotics when i was 13 and now im 16 and im still wearing them. My ankles and knees are always sore now and i know its probably from my flat arches but is there a way to help keep my ankles and knees straight? is there an ankle brace or any excercises i can do to strengthen my ankles and knees?
