I just started rope jumping last last 2 days ago, 500 jumping ropes a day.. I stretch before I exercise for 10 minutes.. I also drink alot of water. but why is it that my legs hurt, im 15 btw,. NOW, I can't walk, and I'm bored of just sitting because of my aching legs, I wanna start exercising to lose weight. BUT I CANT because of my aching legs, even though I tried sleeping/resting it wont go away. is there a way I can GET RID of it? or tips so it wont happen again if I start exercising? thanks
