Ive had a pulled hamstring for around half a year, And just cant get it to heal. Ive been doing some cycling, light jogging, and some strength building exercises as prescribed by my physical therapist. Some people have told me I shouldnt be doing anything on it at all. Others say that its just like a weak muscle, and I need to exercise it to build up its strength. Which is right? Some other random tips to healing it would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
