how to have effective sex to get pregnant?

she should try to have sex in missionary.
and not use ANY lube or spit becuase some lubes that
say they are sperm friendly but really they aren't and
saliva can slow down the sperm from traveling. and also
after the sex and he finishes in her, she should elevate her hips
and lie down for like 15 minutes to aid to sperm so they don't have
to compete against gravity.
 
My close friend ask me about this Q & i dont know how to answer it, any 1 can help. She's married about 1 years but still not pregnant. She went to specialist to know wther she abnormal but the speciallist said she's normal & it's normal some spouse maybe take time to hav a baby. She also check with alternatif medicine and they said her uterus is in gud condition. She wonder maybe the way they having sex??.
