I forgot my gmail acount and password so I tried to hard reset it. The hard reset I found where you hold the volume down and press the power button doesnt work. I think Im not doing it right. How long am I supposed to hold the power button/volume button? And if anyone knows any other ways to hard reset it, let me know.
