How to hack or flash a sim card by myself?

Ok so I have a samsung t429 from t-mobile and unfortantley I cant flash it to cricket and I cant afford t-mobile, so I was wondering how to flash a sim card myself or hack it to have service. I know there is software to do so, but I dont know where to get it. Any help will be appreciated
