I just picked up a westie and now I'm trying to learn ways on how to clean, whiten and brush her coat. The hair is wiry and I hear that stripping can give her that fluffy, white, Caesar look (the dog from the Caesar commercial). I have the whitening shampoo but she still has thin, wiry, discolored hair. Any pointers, videos or links on grooming westies would be of great help! She's 12 weeks old and she's never been groomed before. I bought a slicker brush last night but I see no difference. Thanks in advance.
