how to go to kumamoto from oita by bike????????????????

hello....itz fcuking hot in japan( beppu city) ... me nd some of ma friends are planning to go for a swim. as i heard kumamoto ken has nice beach...so we r planning to go there by bike.
we do not have ETC card so we can not take the express way to go there...any idea how to go to kumamoto from oita?
