How to go about getting a Motorcycle endorsement in Texas?

I would like to get a motocycle endorsement (or M class however its called) to my current C class license.... do i have to take a motorcycle class to get the endorsement or what do I need to get, and also where can I get one of those?
 
Go to the DPS drivers lic office do written test then a short driving test on a bike"DO NOT "ride the bike to the DL office
Have a freind with a bike ride it and meet you there

Of course there are classes but they are not required

Just being nozy but where in Tx ?
