How to GLAM Up My CAR?!!! & Make it cute?

I just got my dad's other car and the inside looks kinda dull, I want to add my personality to it by glamming it up and making it girly and cute, Have any ideas or suggestions?
Like anything to put in it
or ways to color it up?
 
Well for the outside (I know you said the inside but I thought just in case you know) my neighbors was kind of like that and hers was black and she put two pink stripes on the bottom of it now its cute and girly. For the inside what my sister did is she got a lei and she hung it on the mirror along with other little necklaces and stuff. You could also get a steering-wheel cover that is a cute color and some seat covers?
