i just got a xbox 360, and it came with the headset. only problem : i cant get it too work. I cant hear anyone nor can I talk to anyone. I keep hearing this stuff about how you have to go into profile and select personal settings, but i cant find it. whenever i play black ops, i cant hear anyone. help?
