IF you plug your camera into your computer The camera should come up in "my computer" as a removable device, open it and you should be ablt to get your videos that way.
most times unless they say you do not plug your camera into the computer until all the software has been installed. try it again put the disk into your dvd/cdrom drive and run the setup/install prog, if it asks for the camera then plug it in, if not leave it until its all loaded.
if it still does not pick it up try another USB port on your computer.
