How to get VHS onto DVD with Zenith vcr?

My dad lost his instructions, and he can't remember how to record VHS tapes to DVDs on his Zenith Vcr,

Model #: xbr413 (I believe).

And I can't seem to find it on google,
Does anyone know how to do it please?
strike the 'I believe',
thats the model number.
Zenith XBR413 DVD Recorder

^if that makes a difference. instead of vcr.
