How to get ultrasurf on iphone?

ok i got the WEP key to the schools network but how do i unblock the websites? is there a way to get ultrsurf on the iphone
 
If u r jailbroke then u Can look n Installous and download an app called proxy pal or do as I do and type on groups.yahoo.com and type in proxies n the search bar and click the first one and use the one in the list that's only 4 letters long n btw it changes every day it'll never b block lol
