How to get through the day when you're sick?

Mom's making me go to school tommorrow, and i feel weak and like i'm about to vomit. But i don't have a fever so i guess it's fine. How do i get through the school day feeling horrible? Especially when walking through the halls, when i have to stand up and walk my stomach gets worse
