How to get the samsung fascinate?

i very badly want the samsung fascinate for my birthday (april 24) my contract for the phone i have now ends on april 21 my mom and i both are going to be due for a new phone by that time so we are goin to get a buy one get one free phone from what i understand the fascinate still is bogo but my mom said it was pricy and she said the bogo deal wont last until then she also said that she would rather have a droid 2 anyway i wouldnt mind having the droid 2 but i am sooooooo stuck on the fascinate how do i convince mh mom and dad to get the fascinate (Christmas is not an option)
