and what is the best way i can get the most torque out of my car
 
Best way to increase your torque would be to sell the family sedan and buy a sports car.

You won't notice any difference just by slapping on a cold air intake.
 
There's a reason why front wheel drive cars don't typically come with much torque. You'll never get traction if its there. But what i would do is just get a simple chip for it. its not only toque it will add but hp also. and with some you can even program them for better mpg.
