How to get the internet to work on my unlocked HTC dream (G1)?

i recently got my G1 unlocked from tmobile to orange, i cant seem to get the internet to work on the browser, is this because i've had it unlocked and its specifically for tmobile? is there any way i can get the internet to work? oh and i have free internet for a month as part of my data package.

help would be much appreciated, thanks!!:)
