How to get stronger with gym workouts?

Hello! I play basketball for my high school team and I think I'm too weak. I'm 14 and weigh 115 and I just want to gain a little bit more muscle for toughness. I have access to a gym close by and can anybody tell me what workouts are best for me? Tell me all the information (what do I eat or drink, how many reps, what should i work on, etc) Thanks
